This
trip was for a long awaited "can't wait to test things out" trip and
specifically tailored to a newly purchased Annex. Catching up with
friends for a Xmas drink was also top of the list and that was certainly
one of the highlights of the trip. Thanks to Peter & Julie McKay and
Paul & Sharon Warner for such a lovely evening.
BB and I are very much novices so when we booked the Koombana Bay
Caravan Park and the receptionist stated that yes, you can put up your
annex 'but not on the grass' I guess that didn't mean very much at the
time. Bugger, that will teach me for not being more thorough, if you
can't put it on the grass, where in the hell can you put it. Suffice to
say no annex testing, but we had a great time and learnt heaps more
about the van, not least, more about caravan park owners. BB's adding
more of her touch to the interior every trip to the stage where its more of a home than our home. |
